CNY Speed Training is designed to enhance an athlete's key abilities in sports.
Through the use of the proven Nike SPARQ training method, special equipment and
many years of experience, Dennis Dewane and Frank Rey will assist beginner youth
up to and including high school athletes to perform better at their respective sports.
